Have you experienced telling yourself that one day you’re going back to a particular site you’ve been to because it was really a heavenly place for you and want to experience it once more? I believed most of you would answer yes. A year ago, I and Bryan went to Punta Verde Resort, both of us were so amazed and in love with this place. In fact, it is one of our favorite resort in Batangas. Thankfully, we had another chance to visit it again together with my fellow travel bloggers.

About Punta Verde Resort
Owned by Nick Jimeno and his wife, Linda, Punta Verde Resort was formerly established to be their family getaway. With love for nature and the sea, they decided to share its beauty with the public.
Punta Verde Resort is situated 5 to 6 hours away from Manila. It is a relaxing heaven-like place with a breath-taking infinity pool at the top of the mountain of Lobo, Batangas.
What To Expect
- breath-taking view of the beach from the infinity pool
- a very relaxing place that also provides privacy
- infinity pool’s temperature is regulated, at 6pm the water is getting warmer
- new adventures
- simplicity amid luxury
- accommodating staffs
Truly it’s worth the trip when we arrived at the resort. I’m so grateful to see their infinity pool with an overlooking view of Verde Island after a year. The only change I’ve noticed is the new reception area. It became more accessible for their guests that are coming in.
We arrived at 10:30 am and since we were too early to check-in our room we just stayed for a couple of hours on one of these benches. This is one of my favorite area of the resort, a perfect place to relax while looking at the view and take a nap.

MULAWIN VILLA

This villa has two adjoining rooms that are spacious enough for up to 6 persons per room. It has a wide veranda where guests can socialize with each other. The bathrooms are clean and the style can be compared to five-star hotels.
Mulawin Villa is near the museum and the Lakanipao lodge, and a trip across the hanging bridge leads you to the infinity pool.
Capacity: 6 Adults, 2 Children (3 years and below)
Amenities
Infinity Pool. Of all their amenities this is my most favorite part of the resort. The astounding view of the beach is the highlight of this infinity pool. I’m so grateful to swim here again, it’s really relaxing.

Malabrigo Beach. Make time to visit this gray sand-pebble beach with large rock formations all over the shore. Take note that it will take 5-10 minute steps down from the top of the resort.

Museum. It displays old photographs and bayonets.

Hanging Bridge. One thing I loved about this bridge is that I feel secure while passing by on the other side. There is no need to be terrified while taking an instagrammable shot.

Overall Review
Have you experienced telling yourself that one day you’re going back to a particular site you’ve been to because it was really a heavenly place for you and want to experience it once more? I believed most of you would answer yes. That’s why this year 2018 I revisited Punta Verde Resort.

Punta Verde Resort is indeed perfect for family outings especially this summer. I assure you that you will be amazed by its view from the infinity pool and their villas. And like what happened to me and my friends, you might just keep on going back for more!
