PSAHelpline.ph has been providing full-service website since 2013. This website serves people who prefer to process their PSA certificates online and receive at their doorstep. They are also authorized by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) so you can be assured that the document you will receive is legit.
How to Get a Birth, Marriage, or Death Certificate or CENOMAR Online via PSAHelpline.ph
Here are the step-by-step process to get your PSA certificates online.
Step 1. Go to psahelpline.ph and click “Order Now” button.
Step 2. Choose the type of certificate you need and check “I Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy”. Click the “Continue” button.
Step 3. Answer the questions that follow and click the “Continue” button.
Step 4. Fill out the form 1 to 9 and make sure to enter the correct details.
Step 5. In form #9, enter the required contact and delivery information. Click the “Continue” button.
Step 6. Confirm if all details are correct and select how many copies. Check “I confirm” and the “Continue” button.
Step 7. Choose your preferred mode of payment and follow the payment instruction.
After payment has been made you will receive emails about the status of your order. Once you received email notification that your order has been dispatched, you can expect to receive the document depending on your delivery address.
- For Metro Manila, the document will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
- For Provincial, the document will be delivered within 3-8 working days.

Be present and prepare your valid ID upon delivery. In case you’re not around, you may call them at (02) 8737-1111, Monday to Saturday excluding holidays, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to make delivery arrangements.

In my experience, I got our PSA Certificate of Marriage within the expected delivery frame. It was truly hassle-free since I don’t have to go to their office and fall in line. Just keep in mind, that it is recommended to process your application after 2-3 months posting period to make sure that it was already received, verified, and converted into a digital format by the PSA.
