Everyone who walks in the front door of Chateaubriand Premium Steak Restaurant seems to stop and stare for a moment before they can continue moving. I would like to say that I did not do that because I was prepared for the elegant and luxurious atmosphere that suddenly surrounded me. However, I stopped, I stared, I caught my breath, and then I finally placed one foot in front of the other and moved forward.
I’m not sure what it was….
The ambiance of the space? The stylish décor and artwork? Or the aromas that were wafting out of the open kitchen?
I was led to my table, which was not too far away from a massive chandelier complete with intricate details. It was all I could do to focus on my menu and who I was with, instead of admiring the lighting fixture that was hanging from above.
This restaurant is definitely known for its delectable steak, but that doesn’t mean that they do not have a plethora of other tasty options! The salad bar is full of fruit, vegetables, hot side dishes, an assortment of freshly baked bread, a variety of cheeses, and at the end there are numerous homemade desserts.
I could have spent hours sampling everything above, with the exception of the desserts of course, before I started on my main meal of grilled meat. I was able to choose from chicken sausage wrapped in bacon, pork sirloin, lamb, beef, and tuna for my Churrasco experience meat selection and then my choices were grilled in their juices along with a mixture of vegetables, which included eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, and onions.
The meat and vegetables were brought to our table on metal skewers and thankfully I had enough time to finish them before another set of skewers full of deliciousness arrived. I had a difficult time choosing which sauce was my favorite for dipping my meat and veggies in, but I may have narrowed it down to the chipotle barbecue sauce.
I really didn’t think that I could possibly have room for any of the dessert that was waiting for me when I finished my meal, especially since I had also enjoyed a couple glasses of fine wine while I was devouring my food. However, those desserts were so tempting that I needed to try a few bites of a couple of the options. I was not disappointed in the least and it was the perfect ending to my extraordinary meal!
I am so glad that I took the time to dine at this fabulous restaurant, as I will never look at food the same again. I was introduced to a whole new world of intense flavors at Chateaubriand Premium Steak Restaurant and I will use my new knowledge to only eat the best in the future.
