Aquaria Water Park is an amazing place to visit. It is easily accessible and is close to Metro Manila. On top of this, its amenities are first class and well maintained. Activities are plenty and the staffs are very accommodating. I also enjoyed our lunch at the sandbar that was prepared by them. Also, expect low-tide in the morning until lunch. Meanwhile, you can swim at their pools or visit the nearby sandbar while waiting for the high tide. Overall, Aquaria Water Park is truly the best way to have fun in the coming sunny days ahead.

How to Get There?
Address: Brgy. Sta. Ana, Calatagan, Batangas
If you’re coming from Manila I won’t suggest going here via public transportation. It is better to go via private vehicle so you can enjoy and have fun when you get there like what we did. It was a long drive that took more than 3 hours. If via commute it will take 4-5 hours depending on the traffic. But in case you’re into road trip or adventure below is the commute direction going there.
1. From MRT Taft, ride a BSC Bus going to Tagaytay-Lian and tell the driver to drop you off in front of 7-11 in Lian. Bus fare is around 180 PHP.
2. Once in front of 7-11 in Lian, ride an ordinary bus going to Calatagan Public Market. Bus fare is around 40 PHP.
3. Lastly, ride a tricycle going to Aquaria. Tricycle fare is around 150-200 PHP since it’s a special trip.
Sidetrip to EZ Museum
Before going back to Manila, we had a short visit to EZ Museum. There is no entrance but there is a donation box inside. We were not allowed to take photos aside from the entrance area where the miniature of Cape Santiago Lighthouse is situated. Overall, it was nice knowing a bit of Calatagan’s history and about Enrique Zobel. They also have a souvenir shop outside.
