Sony Xperia E C1505 White Review

My mom gave to me this Sony Xperia E C1505 unexpectedly last February. She bought this at Market Market Taguig together with Sony Xperia M she bought for herself. Like mother like daughter right? Just a short history, my mom always give me cellphone before when she was still working abroad. But this one is the best cellphone she gave to me. πŸ˜€

Sony Xperia E Protective Case

Sony Xperia E CoverΒ | P500.00

Undoubtedly I bought this protective case because I want to protect my new cellphone from scratches. I hurriedly bought this pink protective case at Sony Center SM Dasmarinas. After a few days I realized that the price was too pricey. My mom said she bought her protective case (also in pink) at Market Market which was much lower in price.

Sony Xperia E Review

Camera – As expected with its 3.2 megapixel camera, Sony Xperia E captures clear still image and short-duration video in a well lighted environment. However, if you love taking selfies this phone might not fit you because it has no flash and front camera.

Video Playback – Watching stored movies on phone or watching on YouTube plays fast and clear depending on the quality of the video and the internet speed connection.

MP3 Player – Play pretty well and sounds are clear.

Battery – If continuously used, the battery will last for 6 hours. In standby mode, it can last upto one week.

Speed and Response – You can play games very well, however social networking apps like Instagram sometimes loads so slow and the worst is it hangs.

Appearance – Unwanted dirt are visible if you will not use a phone cover with this white color case. There is also a black color but I prefer more the full pink color. The size is not too small and not to big so I can easily grasp it on my palm.

Worth to Buy? Yes, if you’re looking for affordable Android phone Sony Xperia E is much better for me more than the other Android phone I had before.

Where to buy?Β You can buy at Lazada.

That’s pretty affordable for a Sony. I’m sticking with my Cherry Mobile phone, though. I’m friends with the guy who made the message tone…and he passed away 2 years ago. Keeping a phone with that sound is my homage to him.

Sony experia is only 5000 pesos? Wow, last time I checked, their phones sell almost 30K. I guess it’s a different unit though. I like this model,it looks “sosyal”

It is so nice to see a common blogger doing a review for mid range device like this that is really so genuine and has a lot of chance for the gadget to be purchased as most tech reviewers do their job only for flagship and newest device. This is a nice review and I hope someday to see your youtube channel for doing tech reveiws.

    • Rizanoia says:

I’m not a tech blogger, I just want to share my own opinion about my own gadget. Nevertheless, I’m still looking forward to do reviews via YouTube.

I never experience to own a Sony phone so I don’t know much about it, good review at least I would consider of getting one in the future.

  5. Roselle says:

Oh, your mom is so sweet. The style of your phone is similar to my sister’s, just a different model and I’m amazed how very light her phone is. I want to have an Experia phone but the phones I like are beyond my budget.

  6. Eileen says:

I love Sony-Ericsson cellphones. They do not easily depreciate in value and it is really user friendly. I would love to have one of their smartphones, but I am still under contract with my telco provider for a good 6 more months. I would consider getting an Xperia or Z series when my contact expires. Thank you for sharing.

When I look up to new models, I would read the specs right ahead especially the camera. When I look at the camera, the important things for me are the megapixels, the colors and clarity of an image.

I think your phone is pretty affordable considering that it’s an Xperia but the 3.2 megapixels? I dunno. I prefer to have it on 8+ megapixels as it can produce clearer and crisp image.

  8. Jonas Labagala says:

I prefer a phone that has higher megapixels as it can produce clearer and crisp image. Colors also matter to me as it can add life to a photo. Nonetheless, this phone is pretty affordable for an Xperia. πŸ™‚

This phone looks sophisticated, maybe it’s color has a great impact din. πŸ™‚ When it comes sa price, this is very affordable for an xperia, though the specs is not as high than others, this phone is worth a try. Will tell thiis to my mom because she’s looking for an xperia in an affordable price. Thanks for sharing πŸ™‚
