Tagaytay City is one of my favorite and closest place to Manila wherein I can spend a day to unwind. Last year, I and my boyfriend decided to visit one of its popular attractions – People’s Park in the Sky. According to Wikipedia, the park was converted from an incomplete mansion, known as Palace in the Sky built during the time of Ferdinand Marcos .

For only 30 pesos per head entrance fee we saw the beautiful view of Taal Volcano from the top.

Sinigang na Baboy – Php175

Adobong Pusit – Php165

After a long walk and picture taking we headed to Koorah-Koorah Restaurant to take our lunch. We ordered Sinigang na Baboy and Adobong Pusit. The Sinigang na Baboy was so good but the Adobong Pusit didn’t met my expectation as a squid lover.

Side trip:
Picnic Grove
Enchanted Kingdom

If you’re just looking for a place to hang out without spending a lot, I recommend People’s Park in the Sky on your travel list. See you on my next travel post. Ciao! :*
