Baclaran Market Mini Haul – Bag, Doll Shoes and Umbrella

As I make this miniΒ haul post I am still in pain because of my swollen gums. I can’t eat and chew my favorite food well, so I need to change my usual meal into a soft diet. Just congeeΒ all day, cupcake and jelly ace, and sometimes nothing because of loss of appetite. I hope this pain will be over soon. πŸ™
Β
Anyways, going back to the main topic, my cousin went to Baclaran market last 2 weeks. If you’re not a Philippine resident or you never been visited my lovely country, Baclaran market is one of the great places to buy things you want on a very low or discounted price.
I asked my cousin to buy things for me that I needed most – a bag and doll shoes. I still have a bag in a good condition but if I’m going to use it everyday and put my heavy things inside, it might be broken soon. My old doll shoes is not good at all so I really need a new one.

Since I can’t go with her because of myΒ busy schedule and laziness too (because of new route implemented) I just gave her a 500 peso bill. I told her to buy me a huge brown hand bag wherein I can put my netbook and other things, and also a doll shoes on a size 5. Although my first love is pink but I realized that brown color matches more on a morena girl like me.

So now let’s start this mini haul from Baclaran market for this month of August (wishing there will be September haul next month).

Β
This brown bag cost 300 pesos only, but the sad thing is the zipper inside got broken easily. Overall I still love it cause my netbook and other things can be put in just one bag only.
Β
Β
Another thing I love about this bag is that there is also a small bag inside that can also be used if you don’t want to bring this huge bag.
Β
This is the small bag included inside.Β
Β
This black and white doll shoes cost 200 pesos only.
Β
Β If there is a generous reader out there that would like to give me a new shoes you know already what my size is – SIZE 5! Thank you in advance! ^_^
Β
Β
Β
An umbrella is a must have to bring this rainy reason if you don’t want to be sick and absent on your work.
Β
Β
Β
This pink umbrella cost 80 pesos. This is not included anymore in the budget that I gave to my cousin. My auntie bought several umbrellas and I received this one. Thanks to her I don’t have to bring the long version of umbrella! πŸ™‚
Β
This bag, doll shoes and umbrella are the necessary things for me for this month.

Please let me know if you’ve already tried to buy at the Baclaran market and what are those. Thanks for reading!

I’ve never been to Baclaran. Hehe. But I’ve been to Divisoria where lots of great finds are sold cheaply.

I too need a new pair of shoes, bag and umbrella! I guess every working girl needs these 3 things! πŸ˜‰

Yes, Baclaran aside from Divisoria is the name where you get brgain price for most items. Mula sapatos hanngang gowns. I like your doll shoes. Bakit hindi yung may heels ang bilhin mo.

  8. Cheerful says:

Those are indeed great finds. I love the style of the flat shoes. Fits to any casual outfits. I never been to Baclaran for shopping. But my mother always go there and she always have “pasalubong” for me.

  10. Mei says:

My mama and I only buys slippers and umbrellas in Baclaran because they’re much cheaper there than in Divisoria, especially when bought in bulk. But everything else, we prefer to buy in Divisoria because they’re cheaper! Haha.

Well, we don’t expect that items in Baclaran and Divisoria are of high quality, because of the price. But I believe that it still depends on the how you will take care of it. Right? Hehe.

  11. Roselle says:

The bag is so affordable. That size might cost more 300 pesos in Divisoria excluding the small bag, but I notice there’s already a crease on top. Getting two items that you can use everyday for 500 pesos is a steal. I also want to try shopping at Baclaran though it’s too far.

I love the color of the bag and the shoes! Great haul, Riza! πŸ™‚ Namimiss ko na din mamili sa Baclaran, I used to hear mass there when I still lived somewhere in the south. Anlayo na kasi. You gave a good idea though, magpabili sa kamag-anak na mamasyal. πŸ˜€
